Florida First Time Driver Course

4-Hour Traffic Law and Substance Abuse Education (TLSAE) course and the Driver's License Permit test are certified by the Department Highway Safety Motor Vehicles (DHSMV). If you are getting your Florida learners permit or your First License as an adult you must take this required course. All drivers getting their first drivers license in Florida are required to take this course.

Florida State Approved Online School For First Time Drivers is also known as Alcohol Drugs Accident Prevention Training (A.D.A.P.T.) and the Drug and Alcohol Class. This class is required for all first time drivers in the state of Florida.

Once you Pass the course just check the following DHSMV Traffic School Completion Check website for the status of your certificate which is automatically reported to the DMV.
